Recently Primary 5 have been focusing on the three pillars of Lent; prayers, fasting and almsgiving. Children took the opportunity at the beginning of Lent to really understand what is being asked of them during Lent, think about sacrifices they could make, as well discussing what they could do to help others and feel closer to God.
