Primary 4 enjoyed an exciting outdoor maths activity as they explored the playground in search of 3D objects.
The pupils discovered a wide range of shapes all around them, including spheres such as footballs and round play equipment, cubes like building blocks and storage boxes and cuboids found in benches, bricks and planters. They also spotted cylinders in poles, tubes and bins, cones in traffic cones and markers and even pyramids on climbing structures and roof shapes. It was a fun and hands on way to bring their learning to life!
