This month's Principal Awards recognised pupils who help us feel like we are all part of a community at St. Francis' PS. We are blessed with an incredible set of pupils who genuinely celebrate each other and this was perfectly encapsulated when a young pupil wanted to sit beside one of our Teaching assistants to keep them company and the rest of the pupils responded with an unprompted big "bualadh bos" (round of applause) for this pupil's kindness. This moment reflects the exact kind of environment our pupils enjoy and help create: supporting and nurturing the very best in each other.
Well done to the recipients of the Principal's Awards and well done to all of the children who helped make our assembly so special today.
