States of matter

Today we gave the ice cream experiment a go! We got some milk and put it into a zip lock bag. In another bag we put ice and salt. We shook the bag for about 5-8 minutes! The liquid was slowly turning into a solid. We all had a taste of our icecream with some treats! Please try it at home if you can.
